[Feature request] Frame interpolation AFTER upscaling

Hi there,
despite the frontpage here claiming "Automatically use AI to interpolate frames after enlarge the video" the frame interpolation is done first, doubling the amount of frames that have to be upscaled. This has been the case in all versions I've used, including the latest beta.
Is there a reason for this? Frame interpolation (with RIFE) is very fast, so I always do upscaling first, and then I have to start a second process using "Frame interpolation only".

This feature used to exist in the old version

It's temporarily removed because it has some issues

This feature will come back after those issues were fixed (no ETA)
