Describe the bug
I am using the "2D Anime - Enlarge only - Ultra Quality(Slow)" preset with scale set to 2.2500 and noise reduction set to -1 with no other changes. My source video is 720x480 with a 16:9 aspect ratio and 29.970FPS (NTSC). After upscaling, the resulting video is 1620x1080 (correct) with a 3:2 aspect ratio (incorrect) and 30.000FPS (incorrect).
How to Reproduce the bug
Follow the steps above with the clip provided below and you will probably have the same outcome
Expected behavior
I would expect the aspect ratio to remain 16:9 and the framerate to remain 29.970FPS.
