There should be a simple 1 minute video (linked in the README or Cirdles page) that visually shows the user how to download, install, and run sample data. There should be different videos for Windows/Mac as with Mac users will get a popup asking them to alter their System Preferences to run the .jar file.

This is an excellent idea, although keeping the video up to date might be difficult as quickly as the software is changing.

I can make a short video for mac installation if you'd like. My idea for this included putting all the information a new user might need into the README so that all the info is in one place. Easier for them to follow and get set up quickly.

I think that is a brilliant idea, as well. It would be even more convenient for users!
