Whenever building with latest Android ndk, the arm abi version is not detected by toolchain. I was successful in using the instructions with NDK 17, but I need a more updated ndk version.

I'm not an expert w.r.t. android compilation, and I'm afraid you've provided too little information for me to act. For example, what method are you using, the cmake method as mentioned here?. Also what error/problems do you encounter?
