On Windows platform, the latest release package cannot input Chinese/Japanese (and possibly other language) characters in document editing area with IME, which will report it being disabled. The IME is only shown as enabled/usable in area with input box (eg. font size selector in doc) but that's somewhat useless. Input without Windows IME is fine but restricted to en-US characters.
