Total badge information

Similar to fedbadges, it would be awesome if students are able to see what percent of the total number of badges they have earned.

This could be another piece of metadata that badges writes to the DS object simply by counting the total number of badge images that exist in the badges/ folder and comparing that total to the number of badges earned.

This could be total badges across all activities played that support open badges as well as activity specific percentages.
