Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In order to allow importing polaris reports into other different tools, it should provide a way to export reports to SARIF format

Describe the solution you'd like
just to add an additional option to the CLI in order to generate the SARIF report.

Describe alternatives you've considered
there are other formats, but SARIF is becoming the de-facto standard, since it is just JSON with a well-defined schema.
