Recently, I haven't paid attention to the official Leanback library. Are there any important features?

Perhaps I am wrong but I thought that android.support.v17.leanback is not longer maintained because it is part of the "support library". Google-Dev-Docs recommend to change to jetpack. Here is a little migrate doc:
