Thanks to @Diamond_Cat on SpigotMC.org, I have fixed Towny compatibility.

Fixed a quick item.

I just changed the ChatColor import.

Probably the only release!

This is ColorChat, a simple to use chat coloring plugin completely compatible with SimpleNick!

It allows players with the permission chat.color to use '&' color symbols in chat!
