Allow us to choose a different Fullscreen Theme for each platform/filter

Feature description

I would love to be able to easily swap themes based on which platform or which filter is currently active. Like, let us assign a theme to a filter.

I'm fully aware that the Fullscreen mode has to restart on each theme change. That's perfectly fine. It would be a lot less tedious than going into the settings, choosing the theme we want, and then restarting the fullscreen mode anyway.

Use case: I want my Switch games to use the Switch-ish theme, and my PC games to use the PS5-ish theme. I also want to add other platforms like GBA, Wii U, etc. and want those to have their own unique themes as well.

Would like to see this as well, though I'm guessing it's either not possible or would require lots of rewrites to themes. I want to switch over from attract-mode for playnite's bigger feature set, but not having a way to customize/visually differentiate platforms sucks
