additional installation dependencies for squad that were not documented #1019

I had to install these items with homebrew on macos to test squad.

gnu-tar (on macos, bsd tar is used)
sha1sum (coreutils) (on macos, this doesn't exist)
wget (on macos, this doesn't exist)

In addition, if I wanted to test with postgresql, I had to install that and:

pg_repack (i installed this with pgxn, which I also had to install)
