The goal is to extend the MTIImageView.initWithFrame method by adding a context parameter that initializes MTKView with the device from the context.

The specifics of MTKView.initWithFrame:device: are not explicitly mentioned, although it may offer some optimizations.

PS. At least it slightly reduced code.
