En ville, lorsque les ressources nécessaires pour construire un chantier sont réunies, afficher une notification "1" verte sur l'icône "chantiers".

=> Intérêt : met l'accent sur l'importance de construire des chantiers. L'interface actuelle ne les met pas suffisamment en valeur alors qu'ils sont au cœur du jeu.
