Update ToC and remove dead paragraph The Table of Contents hadn't been updated since everything was changed. Whoops! Also there was a paragraph that didn't belong there I forgot to remove.
Add lots more docs for getting started Way more examples, explanations of why we chose certain design things, and resources for understanding our API. Written to be more interactive and take the learner through more of our API, slower, and explaining things more thoroughly.
