Disconnect client after disable

Thanks for this useful script, everything is fine, but when I disable client by this solution :

The client not disconnecting and do continue using until disconnect , Otherwise if I restart more other clients disconnect one moment too, and sometimes server doesn't work good after restart service.

So: How could disconnect specified client after disable.
