API and Name Conventions #1849

We should be careful about the naming conventions, especially the following:

Prediction: Get the classification/regression results.
Inference: Get the deep features/representation without final classification.

We should probably change the API endpoints into /infer, /predict, etc. Better to be done in the v1.4.
