Remove navbar item when on same route

On About route there is no need for about's navbar item
Same thing stands for other Routes and Tabs

I've been thinking baout this one - rather than removing the item, I'd suggest simply making it visibly different - perhaps underlining the active route, for example. This allows users to know where they are!
