Fail to load celegans data from observations

Thanks for the tutorials and I was trying to run the example of the latent space model on Celegans data set imported from observations. But is gave me error shown below:

NetworkXError: edge #186 (12->168) is duplicated

Hint: If this is a multigraph, add "multigraph 1" to the header of the file.

It seems there are edges duplicated in the data from observations and need to add multigraph in the file.

I installed edward 1.3.5 and tensorflow 1.6.0 (New version seems not worked)

Any idea on solving that would be greatly appreciate!
