Accessing Phones internal storage through Cairo redirects to Windows File Explorer #778

Description:
When I try to access my phone's internal storage through Cairo, it opens it up the Windows File Explorer.

Steps to reproduce:

Plug your phone into your PC
Turn Cairo on, if its not on by default
Try to access your phone's internal storage

Expected behavior:
Cairo should open up the internal storage instead of the Windows File Explorer.

System information:

Windows version: 10
Cairo version: 0.4.245.61259
32-bit or 64-bit: 64-bit
In Cairo Settings > Advanced, is Cairo set as shell?: No
