Describe the bug
Once you open the file explorer and try to do any action on any file the new state is not shown until the path is reopened

Steps to reproduce

open file explorer
create a new file
observe

Expected behavior
the explorer refreshes on change

System information:

Windows version: windows 10 1907
Cairo version: 0.4.245
32-bit or 64-bit: 64 bit
In Cairo Settings > Advanced, is Cairo set as shell?: yes
