baloon tip with the name of a program randomly appears upon the Taskbar

Im using CairoShell with the mode "Taskbar is hidden"
sometimes during my workflow , no matter if Im doing smth heavyloading or simple web surfing, a "baloon tip" with the name of a program appears without any possibility to close it.
only refreshing helps, but after some time this problem returns.
I also found that it doesnt matter what mode of Taskbar (hidden/takes place/visible) you work in, this happens anyway

is there anything to do with it ?
