The code says to define the width of each tile as so:

- (CGFloat)widthForTileInScrollView:(DARecycledScrollView *)scrollView

but crashes. The appropriate method is:

- (CGFloat)widthForTileAtIndex:(NSInteger)index scrollView:(DARecycledScrollView *)scrollView
