Images are not being pulled in to Package This!

Good evening,

I like this program very much.
However, when I try to download content from the Dynamics 2012 msdn site, the program states that nodes in red are not on site or some such error, and no images are downloaded to my chm.
For instance, https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg886581.aspx, (this is for customer experience for forms) this image does not show up in the download. the image location is: https://i-msdn.sec.s-msft.com/dynimg/IC491101.png.
It would be so much more helpful if Package This! would download the images like these with the documentation to make a more complete help manual.
