Search box functions intermittently on Ente Auth for Windows

Description

The search box does not function as expected on Ente Auth for Windows, particularly right after launching the app.

After clicking the magnifying glass icon to focus on search, keystrokes often do not appear in the search box.

Clicking the "hamburger" menu and entering settings, then returning to search will sometimes cause the search function to work.

Please note, this issue has existed since the first release of Ente Auth for Windows.
