If it is EPEL-repo? Then see #2858 (comment) Alternatively, you can surely try to install it from source. But since I see selinux, it'd probably expect to set all SELinux policies expected for fail2ban manually (stock fail2ban version doesn't have something for selinux-policy). |

@moluzhui You are running an old version of EL8 (8.2 - current is 8.9). EPEL only supports the current release of EL. You need to update your machine. Also, CentOS 8 has been discontinued. |
