Instacrash when the kernelsize parameter is dynamically set below 3, in an MSVC Debug build, after playback from buffer

Recovering patch when restarting Max, fluid.noveltyslice~: kernelSize value, 1, below absolute minimum 3 error is thrown in the console, but no crash happens.

minimal patch to recreate bug:
