Leave Application - Add "Draft" as a status option in the list filters for the dropdown menu.

Currently, the leave applications list does not allow filtering to view applications in "Draft" status. Many individuals forget to submit their applications after saving them. We need the ability to filter by "Draft" status so we can remind them to submit their applications.

I think, it would be helpful if there is a "Draft" option in the dropdown
