Embedding third party apps

Hi, Adding embedding third party apps is an important addition to a wiki app. Since most of documentations include videos from youtube for example.
Currently what i did is add the text contents of the wiki page from the wiki editor end then i add the embed code from the desk side of the wiki by adding the page. It works fine and embedding works this way but the problem comes when i try to edit the page with embed code from the wiki editor end. It removes all the additions i made from the desk side. I really wish its easy to embed since we have frequent updates to our pages.
