Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0 "Conditions"

Hello :)

The label for the "Conditions" of the Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0 is "License and copyright notice", with the description being: "A copy of the license and copyright notice must be included with the licensed material."

If I am not understanding the license terribly wrong, this label/description is not correct. The condition of the Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0 seems to be stated clearly in the Notices section. No copyright notice is mentioned.

Also, a copy of the license must not be included with the licensed material. A "link to https://blueoakcouncil.org/license/1.0.0" seems fine.

Should a label with a description along the lines of "A copy of or link to the license must be included with the licensed material." be added?

PS: Do you know when GitHub will begin detecting the Blue Oak Model License 1.0.0, now that licensee is capable of doing so?
