aurora_enable_repl_bin_log_filtering cant be set in aurora mysql version 3+ #1291

Hello
I followed the documentation on how to properly use gh-ost with aurora MySQL.

I have a setup with Aurora mysql (8.0.mysql_aurora.3.03.1) which does not allow us to change (aurora_enable_repl_bin_log_filtering) Link

Is there a workaround to resolve this issue?

Were you able to resolve this? Did the cutover not work w/o setting this parameter?
