Mentions of "Teleport agent" in the docs

Details

Let's consider capitalizing "Teleport Agent" like we do "Proxy Service", "Auth Service", etc. The benefit is that we emphasize the status of agents as Teleport components, rather than parts of a user's infrastructure that don't belong to Teleport.

How will we know this is resolved?

  • We have a vale style rule that enforces either "Teleport Agent" or "Teleport agent"
  • If feasible, we have substituted incorrect uses for correct ones

Add vale linter rules to standardize capitalizing "Teleport Agent" and
"Device Trust". This is because these are names of Teleport features and
components.
