Exclude folders from search results?

Hey,

Is there a way to exclude folders (as a result, not to search through) from the search results?

E.g. I search for "Putty" -> I like the result of putty.exe, but I don't care for the result of the folder in which putty resides (which is also called putty).

There isn't presently any way to do that, I've always found it annoying as well.
