Describe the bug
Can't turn the plugin into mid-side mode, and the Azimuth control also appears greyed out.

To Reproduce
Just load the plugin (an an M1 Mac running Pro Tools in Rosetta mode)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: OSX 12.6.6
  • DAW Pro Tools (M1 Max in Rosetta mode)
  • Version 2023.6
  • 32/64 bit (Windows only)

Additional context
Seems to be AAX specific as Ableton Live VST2 seems to work as expected.

Thanks for the bug report! Would it be possible to to provide a little bit more information about the channel configuraion of the track that you're using the plugin on?

The intention is that when the plugin is being used in a channel configuration other than stereo, those parameters will be disabled, since they only have an effect on the audio for stereo signals anyway.

It was being used on a plain old stereo audio track with 3 insert effects prior to it (all are stereo multichannel effects, so channel count should remain consistent).

I tried to recreate the bug by loading a new stereo track and inserting CHOW Tape again, and it now works as expected. So I'm afraid its one of those weird ones, and I suppose it could be a bug with Pro Tools or one of the previous plugins in the chain (temporarily reporting the wrong channel count...). Currently seems a bit hard to reproduce, but ill keep an eye on it and update if I can figure out something more useful :/

It's not with AAX version here on my site, but with VST3 and with CLAP. In VST2 the stereo options do work and are not greyed out.
