What Happened?

we could run FunctionalTests but with a Different Kubernetes version (Newest)
if we can refactor the"functional test" so that it can be run with default and newest kuberenets version

For example appareantly kubernetes 1.30.0 is broken but this PR all Docker Linux tests are Green

thats because we dont test Newest Kubernets version
