Describe the bug
In firefox, when you open and close the settings (device-selections menu) each button resets the device.

To Reproduce
on a new instance, push the slider button to open device selection menu.
You should be asked for permissions.
When done you click the cross.
You should again be asked for permissions.

Expected behavior
One time permission granting, after that move on.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS
  • Browser FireFox Dev Edition
  • Version 77.0b
