Audio mute / unmute is inverted

Audio is muted when interface says its unmuted and unmuted when it says muted.

Confirmed as valid. I'm observing the same on just about any call recently

This also seems to hit when a user re-joins a room where one or more participants are muted already. The muted state should probably be stateful in a room.
