Make responsible ai dashboard work with Databricks

I team, I would like to be able to use responsible ai dashboard on Databricks, I can see in your latest change doc you've added/ fixed a bug for Databricks, but i'm still not able to make it work, i've imported your sample notebook into Databricks with latest ML runtime Databricks ML DBR 12.2, the notebook runs successfully until i get to the step where i want to display the dashboard by running ResponsibleAIDashboard(rai_insights, cohort_list=cohort_list) but then, I'm getting the below message with nothing to show on the notebook

Any idea if this feature is not fully supported on Databricks notebook, or am I missing configuration.
