it shows an error

" ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat 'C:\xampp\htdocs\webrtc-group-chat-demo\build\index.html' "

I guess you need to run "npm run build" at this project root directory, because 'build' folder is a webpack's generated folder.
If it's not the case, I may need more specific description about what you have done after cloning the project
