How do I get the cpu limit for a cgroup/docker container? #17459

You can specify it in docker via --cpu # of cores
We can see the usage to the limit, but afaict not the limit itself:
chart: cgroup_d11637c47af8.cpu_limit (name: cgroup_d11637c47af8.cpu_limit)
NETDATA_CGROUP_D11637C47AF8_CPU_LIMIT_USED="0" # percentage
NETDATA_CGROUP_D11637C47AF8_CPU_LIMIT_VISIBLETOTAL="0" # percentage
NETDATA_CGROUP_DC47ED417390_CPU_LIMIT_USED="100" # percentage
NETDATA_CGROUP_DC47ED417390_CPU_LIMIT_VISIBLETOTAL="100" # percentage
Is there a way to get that cpu limit info in number of cores or something similar?
Aside: I also don't see how the above is different then, except if unlimited.
