Bug description

The text is too long for the label.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud
2. Set language to German
3. Install or enable Recognize app
4. Go to Recognize settings
5. Enable Recognize
6. Find the label text

Expected behavior

Explanation text separated from label or text short enough to fit in the label or some kind of mouseover text but that's also an accessibility issue then.

Most fields are optional. It's totally fine to omit information if you know it's not relevant. I'm transferring you report to the recognize repo.
