E2E testing fails with errors

Hello, guys! I hope that anyone can help me. I am "fighting" for two days and can not fix testing flow. It worked previously, but it seems that I have updated something and now it doesn't work even if revert all changes. Actually I even made a fully new nuxt app, following the guide here: https://nuxt.com/docs/getting-started/testing
And it still not working. I've tried node v18, v19, v20, also running with Bun, PNPM and nothing. Only different errors.
I tried to make a Docker container with this simple app from guide, but also no luck.

Test is super basic:

Errors variations I get from this:

• Error: url is not available (is server option enabled?) if environment is 'node' or 'happy-dom'
• Error: Missing "#build/fetch.mjs" specifier in "nuxt" package if environment is 'nuxt'
• TypeError: The "eventTargets" argument must be an instance of EventEmitter or EventTarget. Received an instance of AbortSignal when I play with different node and packages versions
