SSB IDs are not tappable in bio

Many people link their other scuttlebutt profiles in their bio. When we upgraded the bio screen to SwiftUI I think we lost the ability to tap on these links. You can look at my profile for an example: @kS1GT34Sg+Kzjcqoehz//afmIQC5+CGo8O/KvMddVrM=.ed25519.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a profile page that has a SSB ID in its bio.
2. Tap the SSB ID
   Expected: it opens the referenced profile
   Actual: Nothing happens

The profile in question has ids inside a code block, `@identity`, we need to add that case to the parsing algorithm
