Add a share button for blobs #1138

As a user I want to be able to copy the blobs (images, video, files, etc.) I see in Planetary to other apps.

We can do this by adding a standard share button when you are viewing a blob fullscreen.

There is WIP code for this pushed up to Add_support_for_playing_audio_video_blobs_2. See #1074 for more details.
