Allow aggregation of region-dependent data for plotting choropleth maps

At present, only summarized tabular data can be used successfully to plot the choropleth maps. It should be a good idea to aggregate the data internally. The caveat would be doing this efficiently - perhaps set some limits to the size of data frames used for this operation. Or use some C++.
