The app creates the following entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Brackets\Window Position

The entry stays there after the app is closed.

thanks. this can be fixed via the ini file. if you want to create a PR that would be great.
personally I'm not that maintaining this as adobe itself are not really investing in it for a long time
