How to interpret results from link prediction demos

Hello,

I am relatively new to using StellarGraph library and had a few questions....I currently have a network (NetworkX graph) that I want to feed into the link prediction algorithms (GCN, GraphSAGE and Node2Vec) and want to be able to predict links from certain nodes. I have ran through the demos and can't really seem to understand the results that are given.
Ultimately, is there a way to print missing links from certain nodes? How can I produce meaningful results in terms of evaluation metrics? How can I use the embeddings in another downstream task?
