Bypass button in Surge XT Effects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe!
Many DAWs can bypass but perhaps not all of them, and some may behave badly. Many audio plugins have a bypass button in their GUI.

Describe the solution you'd like:
Ideally we'd connect to the bypass param but this is tricky: https://forum.juce.com/t/current-state-of-bypass-management/54662. Probably we will need to do what other plugins do and make it a seperate on/off switch like other plugins.

Describe alternatives you've considered:
Just leaving it up to the DAW.
