Add sentence from the First popup when creating an anki card from a child popup

Useful for when learning Japanese, you need to look at an alternative form of a word or phrase through a child popup or when learning Chinese, if you need to hover over the simplified/traditional character (to get more dict entries) you can automatically add the original sentence from the text being scanned.
Since not all the dicts show entries depending on the word form, I think people open up another popup to get monolingual definitions sometimes. Just as an example, here is some pictures of 1 phrase.

This is a really good idea, I always have to readd the sentence when I make a card from a child popup which is annoying. Epspecially because different kanji forms are really common in Japanese. I hope someone adds this feature!
