Wider selection box initiation areas

Description

The area selection trigger for Affine is overly restrictive. Currently, it only allows users to select from the side zones that align with existing lines of content. This is in contrast to other applications, such as Notion, which provide more flexibility by allowing users to initiate a selection box from various areas, including the blank space at the bottom of a page or the area above a title.
