Get a code editor working in the prototype to support writing task engine yaml files and making edits to task plugins.

Explore whether the editor has support for customizing code completion by calling an endpoint.

Check if there is support for applying json schemas to yaml files.

Should support yaml and python syntax.

Look at the following libraries:
